Hf architect is a full service private architecture practice focusing on high end residential projects and commercial interiors.

The firm has a staff of talented professionals with offices located in Marco Island Florida with satellite offices in Miami Florida covering all of South Florida from the Gulf Coast to the Atlantic.
Mr. Fernandez started his private architectural practice after having played a key role as an associate partner at the award winning firm of Fullerton Diaz Architects. After years as a senior project manager working on various large scale multi-use projects for Fullerton Diaz Architects Mr. Fernandez decided to strike out on his own and opened Hf architect as a small, dynamic and efficient firm equipped with an experienced staff and a proven track record of success working on some of the most successful development projects in South and Southwest Florida.

Our goal
Our goal is to provide excellent architectural design within the context of the client‘s program requirements, economic constraints, area market conditions, energy considerations and architectural style.
We believe that architects must have more than just a theoretical understanding of a project. Our experience has earned us valuable insight into many of the bottom-line issues. As partners in developing both commercial and residential projects we have gained a first-hand understanding of cost control, leasing and sales issues.

ARCHITECT | PRINCIPAL
Hector c. fernandez
Hector C. Fernandez is the principal architect and managing partner of the firm. His focus is not just limited to design. He manages the Construction Administration of projects as well oversees the production staff and project managers of the firm.
He is an active professional serving on various AIA committees as well as on various city boards and the State of Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design
